Kwun Tong is one of the districts that contain the highest density of industrial buildings in the entire city. Walking through this miniature cement jungle, one might find the monochromatic and monotonous spatial profile a bit suffocating.
By assigning an external green podium deck every 7 to 8 storeys of the facade, the design for Maxwell Industrial Building opens up a communal oasis for office workers to catch a breath of fresh air amidst the stressful city lifestyle. The interlocking structural facade somewhat creates an illusive twin-tower perspective from various angles, introducing a brand new visual challenge to the neighbourhood.

觀塘是香港工業大廈密度最高的地區之一。走在這片微型的石屎叢林中，單調的空間格局可能會讓人喘不過氣。
麥士威工業大廈的外立面設計在每7 到 8 層都設置了一個綠色平台，為辦公人員開闢了一個公共綠洲，好讓他們在緊張的城市生活方式中呼吸一口新鮮的空氣。相互咬合的結構形狀在某些角度可營造出類似雙塔樓的視角，為社區帶來全新的視覺挑戰。
