Located at Kwun Tong waterfront, the King Yip Street Office Tower aims to challenge the “square” design language of its surroundings. Constructed with a series of triangulated facet surfaces, the tower almost resembles a gigantic standing diamond from a distance that playfully reimagines the streetscape and innovatively injects some brand new synergy into the hood.
