Mad設想西九文化區管理局（WKCD）作為共同創造文化的地點，讓公眾遊走於不同本地藝術家所建立的互動創作。我們以傳統竹棚手藝為基礎，結合了竹棚工藝和雙曲面結構，創造出一個公眾使用空間，人們可以在Pavilion下舉辦活動、講座或以此作為一個聚集場地。
