The Hong Kong Institute of Architects
K11, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
13 March – 15 May 2016
Responding to the vanishing natural environment in HK, this interactive bamboo installation hopes to encourage the public to slow down and reconnect with nature through different senses.
Designed to visually resemble the city’s skyscrapers, the bamboos dissipate a soft smell, interactive lights and sound following the visitors’ movements and create a zen-like ambiance.
